Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.oncommandresponse.com (the "Site") and the services provided by Junk & Dump 30a LLC ("Junk & Dump," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or requesting or renting our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Our services
- Direct trailer rental. You rent a dump trailer for a set period. Delivery fees depend on location.
- Driveway trailer drop. We deliver a dump trailer to your driveway or site, you load it, and we haul it away.
- Hurricane and storm clean-up. Trailer drops and debris drop-offs during and after storm events. Availability and pricing vary with demand.
We serve the Florida Panhandle, from Pensacola to Mexico Beach, including Navarre, Fort Walton Beach, Destin, the 30A corridor and Panama City Beach. Service outside that area is at our discretion.
2. Quotes and reservations
Submitting a quote request or chat message does not create a binding agreement. A quote or reservation is not binding on us until we confirm it, and availability is not guaranteed until confirmed. We may decline or cancel a request for any lawful reason, including trailer availability, access conditions, weather, or safety.
3. Pricing and payment
Pricing is provided in your quote and is per our quoted rate at the time of confirmation. Rates may change before confirmation. We offer daily and weekly rentals. Your quote may include a delivery fee based on location and a charge for loads over the included weight. Storm pricing varies with demand. Additional fees may apply for extra days, prohibited items, cleaning, or damage. We will tell you how to pay when we confirm your reservation. You are responsible for all charges incurred.
4. Weight and load limits
Each rental includes the weight allowance stated in your quote (currently 1 ton / 2,000 lb). Overweight loads are charged per our quoted rate. Do not load beyond the trailer's rated capacity or above the top of the trailer sides. We may refuse to haul or may unload an unsafe or overloaded trailer at your cost.
5. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, address, and access information, and make sure the delivery and pickup area is clear, safe, and accessible.
- Confirm you have permission to place the trailer at the location, including any HOA, landlord, or municipal approvals or permits.
- Load the trailer safely and evenly, and keep it secure while in your care.
- Do not move, tow, sublease, or let unauthorized persons use the trailer unless we have agreed in writing.
- Be present or make arrangements for delivery and pickup, and tell us promptly about any problem.
6. Prohibited items
You may not place any of the following in a trailer: hazardous or toxic waste, chemicals, paint, solvents, oil, fuel, or batteries; asbestos or materials containing it; medical or biological waste; explosives, ammunition, or flammables; tires, appliances with refrigerants, or electronics where restricted by law; liquids; and any item that is illegal to dispose of or that we identify as prohibited when we confirm your quote. Prohibited items may result in extra fees, refusal to haul, and your responsibility for proper disposal and any resulting fines or costs.
7. Damage, loss, and liability for the trailer
The trailer is in your care from delivery until pickup. You are responsible for loss of, or damage to, the trailer, its equipment, and the delivery location caused by you, your contractors, or anyone you allow to use it, beyond normal wear. This includes damage from overloading, misuse, or prohibited items. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, landscaping, sprinklers, pavers, septic lines, or other surfaces from the weight or placement of the trailer; you accept that risk when you choose the placement.
8. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Junk & Dump 30a LLC, its owners, members, employees, and agents from claims, damages, fines, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the trailer or services, your breach of these Terms, the contents you load, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
9. Cancellation and rescheduling
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We may charge a cancellation or trip fee if the trailer has already been dispatched or if you cancel on short notice. We may reschedule or cancel service because of weather, storms, road conditions, or safety, and we are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control.
10. Calls, text messages, and email (SMS terms)
By submitting a quote request or chat message, or by texting or calling us, you agree that we may contact you by call, text, and email at the details you provide, including about your quote, delivery, and pickup. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile information and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
11. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, submit false or abusive information, or use it for any unlawful purpose. The Site's content, logo, and branding belong to Junk & Dump 30a LLC and may not be copied or used without our permission.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site or specific delivery or pickup times.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Junk & Dump 30a LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site or our services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
