Junk & Dump 30a LLC ("Junk & Dump," "we," "us," or "our") rents dump trailers, offers driveway trailer drops, and provides hurricane and storm clean-up services in the Florida Panhandle. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through www.oncommandresponse.com (the "Site") and our related calls, text messages, and chat, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly and some information collected automatically:
- Quote requests. Your name, phone number, email address, address or ZIP code, service type, preferred drop-off date, and project details or notes you enter in our quote form.
- Chat, calls, and texts. Messages you send through the chat widget on our Site, text messages, call details (such as your number and the time of the call), and any information you share in those conversations. These are handled through our customer-management provider, GoHighLevel (LeadConnector).
- Social media messages. If you message us on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, we receive the content of your message and your public profile name.
- Automatic information. Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location, collected through standard server logs, cookies, and similar technologies used by our hosting, chat widget, and embedded services. We do not run advertising cookies on this Site. We use Google Analytics, described in Section 5.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to quote requests, schedule and deliver trailer rentals and drops, and provide customer support.
- To contact you by call, text, or email about your request, quote, delivery, pickup, or payment.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site and our services.
- To prevent fraud and spam, and to comply with legal obligations.
- To send service-related updates, such as storm-season availability, only where permitted by law and your consent.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to perform services for us. These include:
- GoHighLevel / LeadConnector for contact management, chat, calls, texts, and email.
- Web3Forms for delivering quote form submissions to us by email.
- Supabase for hosting the server-side relay that passes quote requests to our customer-management system.
- GitHub Pages for hosting the Site.
- Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and TikTok when you interact with our pages, messages, or links on those platforms. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.
4. Text messages and mobile information (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and agree to be contacted, we may send you text messages related to your quote, delivery, pickup, and customer service. By submitting our quote form or texting us, you agree to receive calls, texts, and emails from us at the contact details you provide.
- Mobile information and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers (such as our messaging platform) that help us deliver messages.
- Message frequency varies depending on your request and activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. After you opt out we may send one final message confirming it.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site and the third-party tools embedded in it (such as the chat widget, fonts, and social links) may use cookies or similar technologies to function, remember your session, and keep the service secure. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the chat tools work.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect anonymized usage data, such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. We use this information only to measure and improve the Site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use analytics data to identify individuals. 6. Data retention
